THE COACH, THE STORY

PROJECT GET RIGHT

I understand what is feels to go through the heartbreak of losing trust in your own body. As an athlete, I expereinced injury in the sport I loved and the slow erosion of hope that followed. That experience shaped me, but it became the reason for all of this.

My time at Tennessee State University and St. Francis College, I discovered that behavior and developmental psychology aren't separate from sport & exercise science, but it makes a key combination for longevity through each stage of life. The way we think about bodies directly determine how we perform, recover, and endure. That connection became the sole foundation I've built everything on.

COACH MILAN

Fitness & Sport Performance Consultant • Certified Stretch Practitioner and Trainer

With 7 years of professional, hands-on experience, combining strength training, sport performance, assisted stretch, and behavioral coaching -- I stepped on my own to do this work the right way. PGR exists for each person who has ever felt like their body was working against them. For the athlete in their off-season who knows this is the window of opportunity. For the professional who keeps pushing fitness to tomorrow. For anyone who is ready, genuinely ready, to change.

"Project Get Right wasn't created because I had it all figured out. I created it because I needed something like it to exist and I realized I was created to build it."

Strength without mobility is incomplete.

Three things I believe about every client I've ever worked with.

Power and strength means nothing if you can't sustain it. Every program I build treats strength and mobility as two sides of the same coin, because longevity is the real goal, not just the next PR.

Behavior change is the hardest part of any fitness journey. I've studied it, practiced it, and lived it. Mental performance isn't just the bonus, it's the foundation everything is built on.

The mind leads. The body follows.

Purpose makes the work sustainable.

People don't fall off because they're lazy. They fall off because the work feels disconnected from who they're becoming. I keep that connection visible through every session, every week, and every month.
